MISHOR - Precision Instruments Ltd.

Mishor - Precision Instruments Ltd, was established in 1973 by Uri Naot and Yitzhak Shaked, who are the company's owners and managers.

Mishor is one of the first manufacturers in Israel to invest in computerized technologies and in 1974, it was already equipped with CNC milling and Turning machines.

The new technology of CNC machines along with the personal and professional capabilities enabled the company to open new horizons and Mishor swiftly became a leading company in the field of manufacturing of precision parts.

Mishor continuously develops and innovates its planning and manufacturing departments, which are completely computerized. The planning and software development are carried out in the Engineering Department, using CAD-CAM computers, by a team of leading engineers and technicians, who have received special training in the specific and precise area of their work.

The factory has certification for MIL-I since 1987 and an ISO-9002 certification from 1995.

Mishor provides professional machining services in the field of CNC milling, up to 5 axix, CNC turning, aviation welding and quality control.

Some of our Israeli customers include the Israeli Aviation industry (IAI), the Israeli Ministry of Defense, the Israeli Military industry, EL-OP, IISR, Numelog; and among Mishor foreign clients are: Numer and Avionitek from USA.

The factory has 12 CNC milling machines, from which 4 horizontal CNC machines with palette changers, 6 CNC turning machines, a CNC electro-erosion machine and additional unique and sophisticated equipment, designed to enable Mishor to carry out the wide range of projects in work.

The Factory Aviation Welding Department is approved by the Israeli Aviation industry to weld various materials such as PH, Titanium, stainless steel and aluminum. All the manufactured parts undergo quality control inspection according to the standards and customer requirements. Our Quality Control Department has the latest most sophisticated equipment including a CNC LK measuring machine, a Mitutoyo manual measuring machine, additional measuring equipment and a variety of instruments for quality control. The equipment is calibrated periodically by the Israeli Standard Institute. The parts undergo an inspection process such a first article inspection FAI, testing during the manufacturing process and final testing.

The Quality Control Department is approved by the IAI, the Defense industry and The Israeli Military Industry to give its stamp of approval to the parts leaving the factory. The Quality Control Department is reliable and trustworthy, serving as a base for Mishor's outstanding reputation as a company and its products.
